The course includes practical bandaging and CPR sessions using training aids and specialist dog CPR simul-aids.

Classes are a maximum of 10 people.

You will receive a Pet First Aid certificate upon completion of the class.

PLEASE NOTE, DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED

All of our practical’s are on simul-aids for safety reasons. While we adore dogs, we want to ensure you & other students attending have the full opportunity to learn with minimum distractions.

Course Suitability & Age Requirements

Minimum age: 16 years

Due to the nature of the course content, all attendees must be aged 16 or over.

Our canine first aid course includes real-life footage of dogs experiencing medical emergencies, including seizures, injuries and other potentially distressing situations. We ask that attendees consider this before booking.

Responsible Pet Care & Professional Standards

Our course is designed to equip attendees with essential canine first aid knowledge and practical skills, whether they are dog owners or work professionally with dogs.

Whilst we encourage young people to develop their knowledge and skills, completing this course does not qualify or authorise an individual to operate a pet care business.

Anyone offering paid pet care services is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate insurance, permissions, experience and safeguarding measures in place, alongside complying with any relevant legal requirements.

A canine first aid certificate is not a substitute for professional training, suitable insurance or responsible business practices.

We are passionate about promoting high standards of animal welfare and ensuring that anyone entrusted with the care of another person's dog takes that responsibility seriously.
