Following lessons Monday 20th 6:15pm-8:45pm and Monday 27th 6:15pm-8:45pm. All 3 sessions must be completed for certification.
September block

Sept Block Tuesday 15th, 22nd and 29th - all three sessions must be completed for certification.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and supported in your decision to join our Dog Chaperone Training Course. That’s why we offer a 14-day cancellation policy for all bookings.
Cancellations & Refunds:
You may cancel your course booking within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund, provided the course has not yet started and no course materials have been accessed.
To request a refund, please email us at info@chucktails.co.uk within the 14-day window with your booking details.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
After 14 Days:
Cancellations made after 14 days from the date of booking are non-refundable.
However, in certain cases, we may be able to transfer your place to a future course date, subject to availability.
